Cold pressed. Harvest campaign 2021/2022. The lemon citrus oil is made by simultaneously pressing fresh olives and lemons produced with organic farming.
It releases the intense taste and scent of lemon on the nose and palate, with pleasant citrus acidulous notes.
Its ideal use is raw. Meat carpaccio, white meats, fish carpaccio, octopus salad, green salads, grilled vegetables, desserts and ice cream preparation. Vaporised on cream or vanilla flavoured ice cream.
