    The invoice will be issued by the Company Bitetti Felice and the Customer will have to indicate all the necessary and exact data to issue it.

    PRICES

    The prices shown are expressed in Euro, applied for Italy and part of the remaining European countries served by the on-line shop and inclusive of VAT, containers and packaging.

    PAYMENT:

    Payment will be made at the time of placing the order.

    It is possible to choose from among three payment methods:

    For countries where customs duties are required, these are borne by the purchaser.

    DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCTS:

    The shipments will take place after payment is received, the products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer.

    Delivery takes place by contracted courier, within 7 working days of the credit of the amount for deliveries in Italy and within 15 working days of the credit of the amount for deliveries in Europe FOR ALL PRODUCTS INDICATED AS “AVAILABLE”.

    Deliveries are not made on Saturday and Sunday.

    During the Christmas and Easter period and August Bank Holiday (August 15th), deliveries may be delayed and the delivery times indicated above are understood as purely indicative.

    We do not assume any liability for delays in shipping in the aforesaid periods.

    The charge for deliveries in Europe to a single address is € 21.90

    IMPORTANT

    Upon delivery, the Customer will have to verify that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the information given in the transport document attached to the shipment

    that the packaging is intact, undamaged, dry and that the integrity of the content is checked, if this is possible.

    If the Customer finds any anomalies, he or she must accept the packages by writing on the transport documents of the courier and of the company Bitetti Felice the words:

    SIGNING SUBJECT TO INSPECTION, sign with date and time and put his or her reservations about the packages in writing.

    If the courier document is signed without any “signing subject to inspection”, the Customer will not be able to lodge any dispute regarding the characteristics of what has been delivered.

    Any problems concerning the correspondence or the completeness of the order must be reported to the Company Bitetti Felice within 5 days from the delivery.

    All deliveries are made at street level.

    RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

    Pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree

    no. 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree no.

    21/2014, the Customer may withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to give any reason and without any penalty being applied, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the products.

    The right of withdrawal applies to natural persons who act for purposes not directly related to any professional activity carried out, therefore, purchases made by dealers and companies, and by all operators with VAT number, are excluded from this right.

    The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending written communication within 14 days of receipt of the products to the address:

    BITETTI FELICE, VIA PER BERNALDA, SNC, 74013 GINOSA (TA) ITALY.

    The communication must be sent by registered letter with return receipt.

    The administrative office will take charge of authorising and communicating THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE RETURN PROCEDURES.

    In case of withdrawal, the Customer must return, at his or her own expense, the products to the Company Bitetti Felice within 14 (fourteen) days of the withdrawal itself, to the following address:

    The goods must be returned intact, complete in its entirety and in the original packaging.

    ·         The right of withdrawal may apply to the product purchased in its entirety.It is not, in fact, possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product;

    ·         so that the withdrawal is possible, the product must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in its entirety

    ·         the shipping costs (and customs charges, if any) for the return of the goods shall be borne by the Customer;

    ·         the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in the warehouse indicated by THE COMPANY BITETTI FELICE, is under the complete responsibility of the Customer;

    ·         in case of damage to the goods during the transport, THE COMPANY BITETTI FELICE will inform the Customer, in order to allow him or her to report promptly to the courier he or she has chosen and to obtain the relative reimbursement.The product will, therefore, be made available to the Customer at the same time cancelling the request for withdrawal;

    ·         THE COMPANY BITETTI FELICE will not answer in any way for damage, theft or loss that occurred during or, however, depending on the shipping for return.

    1.THE COMPANY BITETTI FELICE will reimburse the Customer the full amount already paid, within 14 (fourteen) days of withdrawal, by bank transfer, unless otherwise agreed.

    In any event, the Customer shall not bear any cost as a result of such reimbursement.

    The Company Bitetti Felice may suspend the refund until the receipt of the returned product or until the moment the Customer proves that he or she has correctly returned the product, if prior to that.

    In any case, the Customer will forfeit the right of withdrawal in cases where the Company Bitetti Felice determines that:

    ·         the returned product and/or its accessories and/or packaging are not integral;

    ·         the product is missing from its outer packaging and/or the original inner packaging;

    ·         the product is missing elements integrating the same and/or accessories.

    In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, he Company Bitetti Felice will return to the Customer the purchased product, charging to the same the shipping costs and, if already refunded, the price of the product.

    UNAVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS

    In case of unavailability of the products ordered, the Company Bitetti Felice will inform the Customer in good time, WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE LATTER’S RIGHT TO CANCEL THE ORDER.

    PROTECTION OF MINORS
    Children under the age of 18 are not authorised, except under the supervision of an adult family member, to send orders via the on-line order form.
